This quick and easy snack will leave you satisfied and feeling good. It’s healthy, but the twist on the hummus makes it a little different and so tasty.
Wash the broccoli and cut off as much as you would like (I did about a cup). Set aside on a plate.
Dollop hummus into a small dish (about 1/3-1/2 cup).
Wash and chop up the basil into tiny pieces and add to the hummus along with the paprika stirring them in.
Add pepper to taste and voila, you’re done!
This filling healthy snack is ~140 cal.
