St. Germain and Prosecco Cocktail

St. Germain is one of my favorite liqueurs. It’s crafted in the artisanal French style from elderberry flowers. It’s unique flavour is rather sweet with a strong aroma of lychee, grapefruit, and other citrus undertones. Chris surprised me with a bottle of it the other day, and we made the most refreshing and tasty summer cocktails to accompany our tilapia fish taco dinner.
